Mocha Cream Cheese Tart
The most decadent, delicious, lusciously rich dessert you will ever put to your lips! This is a cure all to any ailment you might be having!

  • 1 Pre made Chocolate Graham Cracker Pie Crust
  • 4 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup(s) of Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup(s) of Sugar
  • 3/4 tbsp. of Instant Espresso Powder
  • 1 Bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Steps
  1. *optional* Bake the pie crust for 5 minutes per package directions
  2. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, melt down the cream cheese.
  3. Whisk in the heavy cream.
  4. Whisk in the sugar.
  5. Whisk in the instant espresso powder.
  6. Bring to just under a boil.
  7. Place the chocolate chips into a medium bowl.
  8. Pour the hot mocha-cream cheese mixture over the chocolate chips and let sit untouched for 5 minutes.
  9. After 5 minutes whisk until smooth.
  10. Pour into your pie crust.
  11. Place in the freezer for 45-55 minutes.
  12. This can be made several days in advance and placed in the fridge to set up.
  13. Slice into SMALL slices!
