- 1 Pre made Chocolate Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 4 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup(s) of Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup(s) of Sugar
- 3/4 tbsp. of Instant Espresso Powder
- 1 Bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- *optional* Bake the pie crust for 5 minutes per package directions
- In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, melt down the cream cheese.
- Whisk in the heavy cream.
- Whisk in the sugar.
- Whisk in the instant espresso powder.
- Bring to just under a boil.
- Place the chocolate chips into a medium bowl.
- Pour the hot mocha-cream cheese mixture over the chocolate chips and let sit untouched for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes whisk until smooth.
- Pour into your pie crust.
- Place in the freezer for 45-55 minutes.
- This can be made several days in advance and placed in the fridge to set up.
- Slice into SMALL slices!
