32 ounce(s) of Southern Style Hashbrowns

8 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1/4 cup(s) of Mayonaise

1 cup(s) of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

4 Slices of Bacon

2 cup(s) of Pretzel Cheddar Crackers

1/4 cup(s) of Butter

1 salt

- Pre-cook bacon in microwave till brown. After bacon cools, chop it up.
- Let cream cheese sit till softened at room temperature. Remove hashbrowns from freezer and thaw for 30 minutes.
- Mix together softened cream cheese, mayonaise, shredded cheese and bacon.
- Fold this mixture into potatoes not breaking or mashing potatoes.
- Spray your casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Place the potato mixture into your casserole dish.
- Melt butter in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds.
- While heating the butter, place your crackers into a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- Mix your crushed crackers into the butter and spread on top of your potatoes evenly.
- Place in pre-heated oven of 375F degrees and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and when serving you may sprinkle it with chives for an added kick. Enjoy!
