Philly Stuffed Mushrooms
These are delicious Philly stuffed mushrooms that I have been making for years. They are always a big hit at any party and I'm sure they will be for you too!
  • Prep time: 20 minutes

  • 3 8 0z. packages of mushrooms
  • 16 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese - softened
  • 1 package of italian seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup(s) of mayo
  • 2 tbsp. of minced onions
  • 1 tbsp. of chopped parsley
  • 1 cup(s) of parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. of cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp. of melted butter
  • 1 package stuffing mix
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Clean and remove stems from mushrooms, set aside
  3. Mix cream cheese, italian seasoning, mayo, onion, parsley, parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper, set aside
  4. Put stuffing mix in a separate bowl
  5. Stuff mushrooms with the cream cheese mixture
  6. Press cream cheese side of mushrooms into the stuffing mix until well coated
  7. Place mushrooms, cream cheese side up on a baking pan then drizzle with the melted butter
  8. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
  9. ENJOY!

I am so glad to get a new mushroom recipe, I just made some for a baby shower a few weeks ago and I think they would have been better with cream cheese!
