29 ounce(s) of halved pears

24 marshmallows

1 envelope of unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup(s) of of water

8 ounce(s) of (one brick) of Philadelphia cream cheese

1 tbsp. of butter
- Remove the pears from the can reserving the syrup.
- Grease the dish with the butter.
- Cut the pears in 1" squares and place in the bottom of the dish.
- Put the reserved syrup in a sauce pan and add the marshmallows; melt them over low heat.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the water.
- In a blender, add the Philadelphia cream cheese, the melted marshmallows in the syrup and
dissolved gelatin.
- Blend until mixed well.
- Pour this mixture over the pears.
- Place in the refrigerator until it sets.
- You can garnish this dish with strawberries or any fruit of your liking and serve!
