2 cubes butter

8 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1 tsp. of lime zest

8 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese

16 ounce(s) of Shaved Coconut

1 tsp. of green food color

1 tsp. of package cake mix

2 pound(s) of pure cane powdered sugar

1 tbsp. of meringue powder
- Mix cake mix and fill small flower pots half way full and bake for about 15 minutes
- Mix coconut and 8 ounces of cream cheese, coloring with green food coloring
- Frost the green "grass" onto the little flower pots
- Mix the pure cane sugar (powdered sugar), with softened cream cheese, meringue powder, and zest until thick
- Pipe frosting out of pastry bag onto flower nail, as shown in video.
- Stick frosting flowers on toothpicks and stick in baskets.
