Beginning July 19, 2010 through November 7, 2010 ("Promotion Period") log in or register at www.realwomenofphiladelphia.com and look for the "submit your recipe" button to submit a recipe using PHILADELPHIA cream cheese. During the Promotion Period, there will be sixteen (16) different Weekly Entry Periods. For purposes of this Contest each Weekly Entry Period will begin at 12:01 am ET each Monday and end at 11:59 pm ET on the following Sunday. Some entry requirements change each week. See Rule #2 below, including chart and Theme Definitions, for additional details regarding entry requirements. Optional photograph: you may also upload a photograph of your prepared recipe but the optional photograph will not have any bearing on your chance to win a prize; however, your photograph may be included in a gallery on the Real Women of Philadelphia website. Submission of any entry further constitutes the entrant's consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor all right, title and interest in the entry/recipe (and photograph if applicable), including, without limitation, all copyrights. There is no limit to the number of times an entrant can enter during any Weekly Entry Period; however each entry submitted during the Promotion Period must meet all entry requirements and must be unique. Entries that are lost, late incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

Recipes must be submitted according to the weekly category and theme outlined for each Weekly Entry Period in the chart below, and all entries must also meet the following additional requirements: 1.) Recipes must include at least 2 oz. of PHILADELPHIA cream cheese (any variety), 2.) Recipes may only include the number of ingredients allowed per theme – see Theme Definitions below the chart for the number of ingredients allowed per themed recipe, and 3.) Recipes must be original (original is defined as the creation of one's own mind and is not a copy or imitation).

Anything Goes: Entrant's choice; no required theme. Recipe calls for no more than ten ingredients including the cream cheese.
Time Crunch: Total time to prepare and cook recipe is 30 minutes or less. Recipe calls for no more than five ingredients including the cream cheese and can be prepared in two to three easy steps.
Make to Impress: Recipes with a wow factor; dishes you would make to impress your guests. Recipes might be a little more complicated than recipes for everyday meals. Recipe calls for no more than ten ingredients including the cream cheese.
International or American Regional: Recipes incorporating ethnic flavors and ingredients from areas around the world or flavors and ingredients unique to specific areas of the U.S. (for example – Pacific Northwest, Southeast, Creole). Recipe calls for no more than ten ingredients including the cream cheese.

Contest is open to residents of 50 U.S. and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of July 19, 2010, except for the four winners of the ‘Real Women of Philadelphia' casting competition and employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. (Sponsor), Promotions.com, LLC ("Judges"), EQAL, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, "Promotion Parties") persons living in the same households, and the families (spouse, parents, children and siblings) of each. Professionals such as chefs, caterers, food editors, home economists, dieticians, or anyone who is or has been involved within the last five years in the professional preparation of food or recipes for profit are not eligible.

Judging will occur on a weekly basis from all entries received the week prior ("Weekly Judging Period"). Non-winning entries from each Weekly Judging Period will not be included in the judging for subsequent weeks. All entries meeting the requirements of Rules #1, #2, and #3 will be judged according to the following: Appeal (50%); Ease of preparation (25%), and Creativity (25%). The five (5) highest scoring entries at the conclusion of each Weekly Judging Period will be the Grand Prize weekly winners, subject to verification. In the event of a tie during any Weekly Judging Period, tied entries will be re-judged on the basis of Appeal. Entries must not have won a previous prize or award nor have been knowingly previously published.

$500 cash awarded in the form of a check and winner may have his/her recipe published in a cookbook, subject to Sponsor's discretion. ARV: $500. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $40,000. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person. All prize winners will be solely responsible for all taxes, if any, and any expenses not specified related to acceptance and use of prizes. Winners' names, cities and recipes (and photographs if applicable) may be featured on a website or other advertising related to the contest, at Sponsor's sole discretion. There is no cash value attributed to being featured on a website or in any advertising or having a recipe published in a cookbook. In the event the winners and/or their recipes are featured on a website or a cookbook or in any publication or advertising, no additional compensation beyond the prize described above will be awarded.

Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws apply. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and Sponsor may alter entries submitted prior to publication, if any. Sponsor reserves the right to edit prize winning recipes. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winners. In the event of a dispute as to identity of an online entrant, entries will be deemed made by the name appearing on the online entry form. By entering contest, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which shall be final in all matters. Potential Grand Prize winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, including certifying that his/her recipe has not won a previous prize or award, has not been knowingly previously published and is the entrant's original work, and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of attempted delivery. If any prize/prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner/recipe will be determined. Winners will be notified online and by phone or mail. By accepting prizes, winners agree to hold Promotion Parties, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize. Acceptance also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winners' names, likenesses, submitted entries (including photographs if applicable), and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost or late entries, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Judges modify this contest in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judges, at the Judges' sole discretion.
