Our Next Side Dish Winner!
Posted by Mandy H on Sep 8, 2010

Hi RWOPers,

I'm baa-aaack!

I'm so excited to announce this next winner because I really think this gal really exemplifies this recipe contest and what it's all about. So Cameron Coley? Come on down! You are now $500 richer, and BOY...I wish I thought of your recipe myself!

Your Moroccon Spiced Couscous Cakes obviously wowed the experts over at Kraft, and they definitely got my culinary brain working overtime. I have never thought to make patties from Couscous, but you better believe I'll be changing my tune after seeing your recipe! But Cameron, I'm gonna have to give you the same lecture I gave Kimberly yesterday - fill out your profile, girl! We are so excited to call you an RWOPer, but we want to see those photos and comments so we can oooh and ahhh over you!

It's such an immense pleasure to be able to announce you guys as winners - it takes me back to that feeling on stage in Savannah back in June. It just feels so amazing to be recognized, doesn't it? And I promise you, for everyone who submits, there are so many of us loving your recipes. I've gotten a whole new arsenal of ideas from all my RWOPers!

Meet you all right back here tomorrow, and congratulations again Cameron! Hope to SEE you soon! :)

Hugs,

Mandy

Congrats Cameron!!!  Way to go girl.

Honestly Cameron, I have never tried couscous.   However your recipe really makes me want to go out and buy some just to try your recipe.  :-)  Congrats on the win today!

Great recipe Cameron!  I love your cake idea.  Congratulations.

Thank you all, I have been out of town getting married and on my honeymoon so this is a great wedding present.  I hope you all enjoy the recipe as much as I do!!!
